Cancellation/Refund policy
We do not accept refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final. If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact idolkillstore@gmail.com within twelve (12) business days to request an exchange.

Idol Kill™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages or for any fees incurred upon international import. You will be held responsible for the shipping fees of your purchases and any return fees if you refuse a shipment of Idol Kill™.

Undeliverable Packages
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable with corrected addresses.
